When I first saw this, I wanted to rip it off right off my computer screen and hang it somewhere conspicuous. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt=":XD:" title="XD"/> It's quite an expressive piece, and I can tell quite a bit of work went into it.

Vision:
The colors and detail are quite spectacular. Plus, you've portrayed Claude and Alois very closely as their relationship in the anime, and acknowledge the darkness that both are submerged in with the background, and what with the spider webs everywhere.
I absolutely admire your method of shading with different color tones, and it's especially evident in their clothing and skin. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/> Much applause!
My only nay-say is in the overall piece. The rougher strokes in the picture and sketchy quality of the characters' color kind of throw a messy overtone on the picture. However, it might just the look you were going for, and I don't feel the need to dock off much for that.

Originality:
Demons? Alois/Claude? Not very original, as there concepts are derived from a show. However, portraying them in an emotional scene, and in this particular style, is new, as is your way of painting them together.

Technique:
<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/j/j…" width="15" height="32" alt=":jawdrop:" title="Jawdrop"/> Are you kidding, this is wickedly well done. Aside from the miracle of human proportion present here, I'm struck by the detail of the pictures. The spider webs, each one has quite a lot of detail, especially in the delicate dew drops on the threads. The wings, each stroke of the pen signifies a feather, and you've managed to give the illusion of depth in the color of the wings itself: Ink-black for the most light absence, ranging to the less-saturated hues of purple and blue for where the moonlight would strike.
And I believe I've made my stance clear on the deliciously-done clothing. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/f/f…" width="18" height="17" alt=":faint:" title="I think I've fainted."/>

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/>Impact:
I still want to hang this up somewhere.
Even after writing this critique, I'm still amazed by the amount of detail in each area of this work. In all this darkness, there's a spot of sensitivity between Alois and Claude. You've chosen a wonderful, and spectacular way of portraying it.

For sure, I hold reverence for your style, and admiration for the detail you put into your deviations. I thank you, *Futago-KawaiI for giving me the pleasure of critiquing this masterpiece. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)"/>
